Saint Philip the Apostle — the disciple who invited others to meet Christ
Philip was one of the Twelve Apostles and came from Bethsaida, the town of Andrew and Peter. In John’s Gospel, Jesus calls him directly, and Philip immediately finds Nathanael with the invitation, “Come and see.” He later asks Christ to show the disciples the Father, prompting Jesus to speak clearly about the unity of the Father and the Son.
