Delivery Times and Costs

Shipping

Orders are shipped from Poland via UPS and FedEx.

Poland: shipping costs €4.00 for orders from €0.00 to €89.99. Shipping is free for orders of €90.00 or more.

International destinations: UPS and FedEx rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, parcel details and the carrier's current rates. Shipping is free for orders of €250.00 or more to destinations covered by our international shipping zone.

Cash on delivery is not available outside Poland.

Customers receive a tracking number once the order has been dispatched.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply.

If duties and import taxes are displayed and collected at checkout, the order is shipped on a DDP basis and no additional duties or import taxes should normally be payable upon delivery.

If duties and import taxes are not collected at checkout, the order may be shipped on a DAP basis. The recipient is then responsible for any duties, import taxes and customs clearance charges requested by the carrier or local authorities upon import.

Processing Time

Icons and paintings – dispatched within 4 business days.

Other items – dispatched within 2–7 business days.

Delivery time depends on the chosen carrier and destination country. Outside the EU, delivery typically takes from several days to over two weeks. Carrier estimates are indicative and may be affected by customs clearance.
