Delivery Times and Costs

Shipping

• Orders are shipped via UPS and FedEx.

• Shipping costs are automatically calculated in Shopify based on official carrier rates and the recipient’s postal code.

• Cash on delivery is not available outside Poland.

• Customers receive a tracking number once the order has been dispatched.

Processing Time

• Icons and paintings – dispatched within 4 business days.

• Other items – dispatched within 2–7 business days.

• Delivery time depends on the chosen carrier and destination country; outside the EU, it typically ranges from several days to over two weeks.
