Returns and Claims Policy
1. Claims (faulty or non-conforming goods)

EU/UK consumers benefit from a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from the date of delivery.

If you discover a defect or non-conformity, please:

provide your order number, a description of the defect, and photos if possible,

return the product to:

If you wish to initiate and register a return of your shipment, you are required to log in to your customer account using the following link:
https://account.artchristiana.comAll return requests must be submitted through the customer account system.
Returns that have not been registered in advance may not be accepted.After submitting your return request, you will receive further instructions regarding the return process.

Include proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or payment confirmation) and a statement indicating your request (repair, replacement, price reduction, or withdrawal).

In case of a justified claim, return shipping costs are borne by the seller.

We will respond within 14 days of receiving the product. You will be informed of the decision via email or phone.

If the claim is accepted:

we will repair the item,

replace it with a new one,
-
or refund the full amount including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option.

Refunds are made using the same payment method unless you agree otherwise.
2. Right of Withdrawal (returns without cause)

EU/UK consumers may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, send us a clear statement (by email, post, or the withdrawal form).

Goods must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your decision.

You bear the full cost of returning the goods.

The refund includes all payments received, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery method, but excludes additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of return shipment.

You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications, perishable goods, sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, or sealed audio/video recordings or software once unsealed.
