Step 1 - Product Selection

• browse through the list of categories or use the search engine to find the right product,
• next to each product you will find detailed information about it,
• remember, that registered customers can remember the products in the storeroom and receive a discount of 5% on the first order,
• after finding the product you are interested in, add it to the cart,
• if the completion of the order is complete - proceed to the cart.

Step 2 - Contents of the shopping cart

• in the shopping cart you will see exactly what products you have selected and in what quantity,
• change the value in the quantity column and click on "recalculate" to adjust your order,
• by clicking on the minus icon you will remove products from the cart,
• select the form of delivery and payment that suits you,
• if you have a discount coupon, enter it below to receive a discount,
• confirm your selections by clicking on the "order" button.

Step 3 - Placing an order

• if you have an account with our store, enter your login information and click on "log in",
• if you do not have an account, select "register" or skip creating an account by clicking on "place an order"; remember that registration will allow you to enjoy many privileges, including:
  • view of order processing status and purchase history,
  • no need to re-enter your information for subsequent purchases,
  • possibility to receive individual discounts and promotional coupons.

• enter your name and contact information,
• to have your order shipped to a different address, check "different shipping address" and enter the appropriate details,
• insert any additional information about the completion of the order in the "comments"
• after clicking on "Summary" you will see the set of information you provided,
• clicking on the "Place Order" button means confirming the purchase,
• receive an email and click on the link confirming the order.

Remember that registered customers can track the status of their placed orders in their account.
